Dove and Hawk are delighted to offer this fantastic opportunity to join a leading independent Estate Agency and Surveyors Company, who are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join their team in their Chiswick office.
Duties -
- Advising and guiding landlords on the management of their properties
- Dealing with day to day maintenance issues and undertaking routine property visits
- Coordinating refurbishment works including obtaining quotes and management of contractors
- Liaising with tenants and contractors to ensure works are completed in a timely manner
- Progressing quotes and checking/submitting invoices to ensure payment is on time
- Carrying out detailed Property Visits and creating precise reports using online App/website
- Ensuring properties comply with Health & Safety legislation and that statutory obligations are met, e.g. gas safety, electrical safety etc
- Negotiation of end of tenancy deposit dilapidations and if required dealing with TDS disputes
- Managing a mixed portfolio of approx. 160 properties
Salary is £35,000
Working Hours is Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm
