This is an opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a global company that is run like an SME and work on exciting projects across the UK. This position offers hybrid working with a great benefits package in a family feel environment!
This Civil Engineering firm has been established for over 100 years. They specialise in Civils on mainly residential projects up to £2.5m in value. This is a great opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a tight-knit team, and work on exciting projects with a great deal of autonomy.
Your role as a Quantity Surveyor will include:
* Site visits
* Measuring up
* Managing subcontractors
* Client facing
The successful Quantity Surveyor will need:
* Experience with NEC ¾ contracts
* Commutable to Manchester
* Relevant Quantity Surveyor experience
* Full UK working rights
