Kier Utilities work in partnership with Ericsson to deliver reactive, planned maintenance and repair on telephone masts across the UK. We're looking for an enthusiastic, organised team member to join us in Manchester - Trafford Park.
Reporting to the National Contracts Manager the Scheduling & Resource Manager will be responsible for the deployment of a localised field force, who predominately work under a Framework agreement. Focusing on Client satisfaction and achievement of service level agreements.
Encouraging and developing the team capabilities to maximise efficiencies you will have previous management experience within a similar role. You will need strong attention to detail, while you update Data-Bases, spreadsheets and outlook and be commercially and contractually aware.
