With offices across the UK, this extremely well established Construction Consultancy has recently opened a Birmingham office and have been successful in winning a substantial ongoing programme of works with a large utility client. We are now looking for an experienced Building Surveyor to join their new office in Birmingham.
The work is varied and would include some project management / contract administration, as well as general building surveying and maintenance management. This is an ongoing contract with an existing client; we'll be looking for a Building Surveyor keen to focus on service delivery and able to deliver consistently high standards to this valued client.
As this will largely be an autonomous role we are looking for an experienced Building Surveyor capable of managing their workload and able to take on a client facing role. You will be working within a small mutli-discplinary team and will have the flexibility to manage your diary ensuring that deadlines etc are met. This role would therefore suit a self sufficient, reliable individual who values flexibility and responsibility.
