THE ROLE
I am seeking an experienced SENIOR CONTRACTS MANAGER to join my client in Saudi Arabia. My client could take up to three people, one in Riyadh, one in Jeddah and the other in Khobar.
My client is providing the full range of contractual support for government infrastructure contracts. Contracts will be in Arabic.
These are long term roles.
THE COMPANY
Our client is a firm of British / Middle East consulants who provide full commercial and contractual support to a range of clients including contractors, other consultants and clients.
THE CANDIDATE
You will be an experienced Senior Contracts Manager with more than fifteen years relevant experience.
You should have gained previous experience of working in the Middle East in contracts management.
You should have a good understanding of FIDIC contracts.
You are likely to have a Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Civil Engineering or similar. You may also have done an MSc in Construction Law or similar.
You should have a good overall understanding of construction and engineering contracts and some experience of claims on high value infrastructure projects.
It is essential that you have a stable work record.
Good communication skills are essential along with the patience to deal with people of all nationalities and abilities.
You will also need to be fully vaccinated and received your Booster Jab from one of the approved companies.
Salary is from US$10000 to US$15000 per month plus accommodation, flights, medical cover.
