You are a senior professional, with many years experience as part of an internal accounting and finance department. No job is too big or too small for someone of your calibre. Let's face it. You are an accounting ninja!
In addition to your full-cycle accounting experience, your levels of organisation, follow-up, and follow-through are second to none. People don't know how you manage to get everything done, and done so well, but somehow you do. Nothing slips between the cracks with you. And always with a smile. Your quiet presence has a positive impact on all. No wonder everybody cherishes your involvement on the team!
You enjoy working with others and feel the accomplishments of freeing up the Director of Finance (that's me) to really impact the rest of the organisation. You are used to people relying on you. You are just that good.
Not only do you work well with the team and its leader, you're also comfortable with the customer-facing aspects of this role. Whether it's directly with clients, or in support of our vast array of professional linguists, everyone feels your warmth and quiet effectiveness, whilst holding needed boundaries. You can integrate solutions that support everyone.
Your real super-power is to see and notice things that others overlook. This X-Ray Vision allows you to catch things and keep the flow running smoothly. Simply amazing!
This position is ideally suited for someone who, while well established, wants to work about 20 hours per week on a consistent basis.
