Senior Land Manager Job in St Albans, Hertfordshire
I have a Senior Land Manager job available in Hertfordshire for a regional housebuilder. This privately owned housebuilder are looking for an experienced Land Manager or Senior Land Manager with a strong background in housing association partnerships.
As the successful Senior Land Manager, you'll be working closely with the land team on identifying sites across the region. The main focus for the successful Senior Land Manager will be the Bedfordshire and Northamptonshire patch.
Role & Responsibilities
- Identifying land opportunities
- Negotiating terms for the acquisition
- Prepare and submit land approval packs
- Build and maintain relationships with landowners and agents
- Build relationships with Housing Associations and BTR businesses
- Undertake initial market evaluation of proposed sites
- Manage the offer process
- Support the Land Director.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experienced buying land in the region specified
- Experience with partnerships
- Have a strong network of contacts
- Able to bring on their own sites.
