Our client delivers responsive, professional, and dependable waste management and specialist industrial services across the UK. Their service encompasses hazardous and non-hazardous waste, recovery and recycling, and cleaning and decontamination of industrial plant. Clients that they serve cover a diverse range of industries which includes the specialty chemical sector, pharmaceuticals sector, manufacturing, and general industry.
An exciting opportunity now exists for a Senior Operations Manager to join this business as General Manager, to take operational responsibility for effective management of their site in Warwickshire, and provide proactive development, performance, and maintenance across all business activities, within agreed P&L budget and financial targets.
The pace is fast and reactive, and you will be tasked with ensuring on-site operations are run to maximum efficiency and that the business processes are optimised to deliver high levels of service and profitability.
We are interested in talking to existing Operations and Senior Operations individuals, ideally with experience of working in waste management, who are looking to make the next move in their career to a general management position. To be successful in this role you will be highly driven and motivated to invigorate the workforce to drive sales and improve service. If this is you, then we would like to hear from you.
