Senior Project Manager - new opportunity with a leading property consultancy in Birmingham.
This role has great prospects as this new team continues to grow. We're looking for a Senior Project Manager to head up two refurbishment schemes in the region, both with prestigious clients. With other new instructions coming forward in both refurbishments and new build projects the aim is to build on this early success.
The project management team sits within a larger multi disciplinary office which has been established in Birmingham and across the uk for a number of years and there is therefore considerable opportunity to grow a project management offer here, with the opportunity to be an integral part of that on offer. We're looking for an experienced project manager who wants to be part of that and who has the ambition to move into a management role as this team grows. Refurbishment and fitout experience is of particular interest, especially with clients in commercial and industrial sectors. We're also looking for a Project Manager from a consultancy or client side background.
