Net Temps are working with a well-established company who are currently seeking a Site Manager for a permanent role on Building and Construction sites across the East Midlands.

Location: East Midlands

Duration: PERM

Salary: ~£40,000+ Per annum, negotiable. Based on previous Site Managing experience.

Duties will include:

  • Will be responsible for most of the site paperwork, including quality, health and safety, site inspections and site inductions.

  • General site supervision.

  • Will be working on Housing sites for the client in and around the East Midlands area.

Requirements:

  • MUST have CSCS/SMSTS/First Aid
  • REQUIRED to wear Full PPE (hard hat, High Vis & Safety boots)
  • MUST have working reference
  • MUST have the right to work in the UK
