Daniel Owen North are currently working with a market leading regional contractor to recruit 2 Site Managers for a retail strip out in Leeds. My client require 1 Site Manager for the Day shift and 1 Site Manager for the Night shift. The ideal candidate will be from a construction background and have experience with retail strip outs/similar demolition projects.

This project entails structural changes & stripping out a retail unit around elevators along with a shop front. Experience in similar projects is vital.

You must have...

  • SMSTS
  • First Aid
  • CSCS
  • Experience with strip out/demo projects
