I am working with a well know Property Maintenance contractor to help appoint an experienced Site Manager to look after a planned scheme of works across East Riding
My client is looking to appoint somebody for ASAP on a temporary to permanent basis OR permanent basis - depending on the motivations and current circumstances of the successful candidate. Specifically, we are looking for somebody with plenty of experience in the Public Sector ideally within domestic buildings. Work will be across both kitchen and bathroom schemes in occupied properties. Candidates should be aware that they will have to deal with tenants where needed and manage subcontractors accordingly. It is also important to note that this is a fully field based role in which you will have your time split between one of their offices in Yorkshire, working from home, and on the road visiting sites.
My client is specifically wanting somebody who has worked in the Public Sector, on these type of contracts and is aware of the work that this entails.
This is an excellent opportunity for the right individual who can effectively and confidentially look after several important contracts on behalf of my client, with good opportunities for growth.
Annual salary circa £35 - £38k + company van + benefits.
