Location: Nottingham

Business Area: Kier Construction - Build North & Scotland

Contract: Permanent, full time, Monday to Friday - Part time hours will also be considered.

Key responsibilities
As a Site Manager with our Midlands team, reporting into the project manager, you will be working on a variety of projects in the surrounding areas. You will need to manage the site, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget and to the quality required by the client. You will manage staff and ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities, demonstrate good financial knowledge and ensure site records are maintained. You will also maintain project targets and ensure that all Kier's procedures and SHE Legislation and are always complied with.

What do we need from you?
With a busy pipeline of work, we are looking for a Site Manager with experience on building projects ranging in value from £2m to 40m, who can join the team and hit the ground running.
