We're looking for Site Manager to join our Kier Construction - Build North & Scotland based in Manchester. Responsibilities

As Site Manager, you'll be working within the Kier Construction, supporting them in Aviation sector projects.

Your day to day will include:

  • Managing the site, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget and to the quality required by the client
  • Maintaining project targets and ensure that all Kier's procedures and SHE Legislation and are always complied with.
  • Demonstrate good financial knowledge and ensure site records are maintained
What are we looking for?

This role of Site Manager is great for you if:

  • Experience on building projects ranging in value from £2m to 40m
  • HNC/HND or above in a Construction related discipline
  • Have experience working on Aviation Projects
