Social Housing

A Skilled Labourer (with the potential for a permanent contract after a qualifying period) has arisen to join a leading Social Housing company in the North West (Manchester area).

Daily responsibilities for a Skilled Labourer will include:

  • Individuals will need to be comfortable undertaking manual labour work
  • Assisting in the delivery of rip outs and refurbishment works including kitchens refits
  • Predominantly the sector that the individual would be working on is Social Housing, therefore experience of this sector would be favourable

Requirements for the role:

  • Manuel Handling / Working at Height / Asbestos Awareness all needed
  • Ideally have social housing / local authority experience
  • A full UK driving license needed
