JOB DESCRIPTION:

Cleaners required for an immediate start in various locations around Middlesbrough. Our client is looking for an experienced, fast paced, and hardworking cleaners to join the team. This is initially a contract role. MUST have an enhanced DBS.

WORKING HOURS

Monday to Friday

3.30-6.30pm

Daily responsibilities will include:

  • Keeping site clean and tidy
  • Work with other team members on site
  • Making sure communal areas are managed and kept tidy

We're looking for a Electrician to support maintenance works across a single housing estate in North Kensington. This is a static role based within a well-established neighbourhood, with all properties located within walking distance.

A secure on-site lock-up is provided for tool storage, eliminating the need to carry equipment to and from the estate each day. While a van and fuel card are not issued for this role, a pool van is available on the estate for use during work hours if needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Performing a comprehensive range of responsive repairs, maintenance tasks, and planned works.
  • Identifying and resolving electrical faults reported by tenants.
  • Addressing urgent electrical issues, including power outages, faulty wiring, and safety hazards.
  • Installing new electrical systems, such as lighting, sockets, consumer units, and complete rewiring in both occupied and vacant properties.
  • Conducting Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) and necessary remedial work to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Upholding a professional and respectful demeanour when engaging with residents and housing staff.
  • Using a handheld electronic device to receive job instructions, update progress, and log completed works.

Requirements:

  • Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
  • Level 3 Award in the Requirements for Electrical Installations BS7671:2018
  • Level 3 Diploma in Electrical Installations (2365)
  • Level 3 NVQ in Electrical Installations (2357)
