Skilled Labourer - Multiple Projects - Hereford

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 7:30-16:30

Duration of First Project: 6 Weeks

Start Date: 5th January 2026

Job Details

We are currently recruiting for skilled and motivated labourers to support our clients surface preparation and spray-lining teams on upcoming projects. The work will include tasks such as grit blasting, material mixing, assisting sprayers, and general site duties. While training will be provided, prior experience in blasting or spraying is advantageous.

This role requires a hands-on approach to hard physical work in confined or industrial environments, where full PPE will be necessary. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, eager to learn, and willing to acquire specialist skills. The ability to work away from home for extended periods is also essential.

There are multiple projects the team will move onto after this, so if the successful operative fits in well, there will be years of work available.

Requirements

    CSCS Card (Preferred)

    Ability to perform manual handling

    IPAF (desirable but not required)

Key Responsibilities

  • General labouring
  • Mixing paints and materials

    Performing grit blasting (if experienced)

    Assisting and supporting spray operators

    Manual handling, cleaning, and prepping work areas

They are looking for a business development manager that will unlock the door to further business and grow their market share within the region.

As business development manager, you will;

  • Identify and prioritise key customers in the region
  • Gather market information and analyse data to collate growth plans
  • Provide regular updates on new and existing customers
  • Report on market changes and their impact on the region
  • Make regular contact with new and existing customers to understand their needs and build lasting relationships
  • Contribute to marketing materials and ensure their efficient use
  • Provide feedback to managers/directors as to where improvements can be made to best service their customers

As business development manager it is required that you;

  • Have an existing regional contact base
  • Are knowledgeable about property services and regeneration/development
  • Have the ability to identify new business opportunities
  • Have excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • Are able to demonstrate a track record of business development wins in the industry

As business development manager, you will receive;

  • Starting salary of £60,000-£70,000 DOE
  • £5,200 car allowance or company vehicle
  • Up to 5% annual bonus
  • 25 days holiday plus 8 days bank holiday
  • Life insurance
