The Associated Builders and Contractor’ analysis of U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics data shows fall in construction unemployment rates in 46 states. According to the analysis, the February 2019 national NSA construction unemployment rate was reduced by 1.6 percent from a year ago to 6.2 percent. The following were the top five states: Florida (3.4 percent), Utah (3.6 percent), Colorado (3.7 percent), South Dakota (4 percent) and Arizona and Oregon (4.1 percent).
