The Associated Builders and Contractors reported that Construction Backlog Indicator has reached to 8.8 months in February 2019, up to 0.7 months over January 2019. The backlog in the infrastructure category improved from January to February. The backlog has bounced back in commercial/institutional category that indicates confidence among private developers on both coasts.
