We are seeking to recruit an experienced Multi Skiller / finisher for our client on their new build site in Melton Mowbray.
The position is to start as soon as possible for a minimum of two weeks.
We are seeking someone with good experience of New Build Housing Developments, preferably from a Joinery Background. You must be flexible and adaptable with a good all round skill set as you will be required to make good and finish off in new houses prior to handover to occupents.
You will be able to complete Joiner tasks as well as general patching, plastering, painting and potentially tiling work.
We are ideally seeking a multi skilled tradesman who is a good communicator.
In return, we are offering a competitive hourly rate in line with current market conditions and experience and qualifications.
You will require:
* In Date CSCS card.
* In Date first Aid Certificate (preferred but not essential)
* Own transport & Tools.
Rates are competitive and paid hourly either PAYE, via umbrella or LTD Company.
