The Role - Installation Engineer
Due to an increase in business, my client are looking to recruit an Installation Engineer to join their existing team. The successful person will be in a position that will be hands on carrying out installations, test and commissioning of machine and process control safety equipment, working away from home at customers premises throughout the UK and occasionally overseas. The role offers considerable opportunity for new skill development and career progression.

Responsibilities
Install, test and commission safety systems within agreed timelines, budgeted costs and performance targets
Work closely with customers and the Installation support team
To supervise subcontractors as appointed
To ensure compliance with H&S BS8800 and ISO 9001 standards
Working at customers premises both throughout the UK and overseas
The Right Person
The successful Installation Engineer will have the following experience & attributes:-
Electrical Installation or Electrical Engineering Qualification to City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 or higher
Experience of the Installation of Mechanical and Electrical Equipment
Experience of AutoCAD LT drawing software (desirable)
Knowledge of relevant H&S standards and practices (desirable)
