The Company
Headquartered in Northern Sweden, Engcon is expanding throughout Europe and North America on the back of sales of a highly innovative technical products that have revolutionised the construction plant sector in their native Scandinavian markets over the last two decades.

The Role
As a Product Ambassador, you will be selling the company's tiltrotators and ancillary systems to innovators and early adopters within the excavator community. This is a technical sales role, emphasising the practical and financial benefits of a innovative product into an unexploited market.

They are seeking a confident and passionate sales personality capable of researching and engaging prospective customers by phone and other means, as well as handling incoming sales inquiries, orders and other customer-facing activities. This vacancy arises as a result of an internal promotion and relocation to the Swedish head office.

About you
Specific product or sector experience is not necessary as full training will be given, both in the UK and Sweden; but they do seek a resilient individual who can demonstrate success in selling technically orientated products in both a proactive way and also handling incoming enquiries . Whilst primarily an internal sales role, the successful candidate will take part in the full range of the company's marketing activities, including exhibitions and demonstrations, so a practical attitude will be beneficial.

The Rewards
The basic is £25k, with a realistic and achievable OTE of £32k - based on individual performance.
