An Amazing opportunity to join a growing SME that has a small in-house team and needs a junior member to support future growth.

Location: - Warwick

Salary: - £35,000 - £40,000 basic

Hybrid working - 3 days a week in the office and 2 days a week from home as required by the business

Role:

The Resolute Group is working in partnership with a growing SME consultancy that has reached the required size and scale to trigger bringing in its next IT Technician for their in-house team. Building a small team that will manage the IT services both internally and external for clients / stakeholders work on their systems.

You need to have an understanding of Office 365, and be comfortable administering users/identities within the Office eco-system. Working within a varied technical proficient staff base, IT Technician will be the primary contact for IT and security-related issues, reporting to the Head of IT & Security.

Key aspects that this role will be:

  • 1st - 2nd line Support (remote and at Head Office)
  • Administering the department's IT Ticketing
  • Knowledge base administration (creating and updating support documents)
  • End User lifecycle administration (new starters, leavers etc...)
  • End User Technology administration (policies for Windows 11 builds, etc...)
  • Administering Mobile Device and Application Management using MS Intune

This role is working on a hybrid basis but you need to be in the Head office 2-3 days a week to develop relationships with the leadership team and be on hand for any "quick fixes".

Qualifications & Experience

  • Basic IT qualifications to demonstrate your IT capabilities be it Office365, Microsoft packages, MS Teams, Hardware repairs etc..
  • Experience in Microsoft Intune and knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM)
  • Able to commute in to the office in Warwick at least 2 days per week.
