Position: Traffic Marshall - Night Shift Only
Location: Stanwell, West London
Start Date: 15th September 2025
Duration: 2 Months
Schedule: 5 nights per week (exact shift times TBC)
Pay Rate: £21.02/hour (night rate)
Overtime: Time and a half after 39 hours per week
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Traffic Marshall for a short-term night shift project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Directing and managing vehicle movement safely around the site.
- Coordinating deliveries and maintaining clear access routes.
- Supporting the site team with basic site operations and safety procedures.
- Assisting in the painting of pacifier protection on steel works to required specifications.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
Requirements:
- Valid Blue CPCS PVM Ticket
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a construction environment.
- Ability to work night shifts reliably.
- Strong awareness of site safety protocols.
- Must be eligible to work in the UK.
Additional Information:
- PPE must be worn at all times.
- Parking and site access details will be provided prior to start.
