Responsibilities:
Lead Smart Building projects end-to-end: design, vendor management, delivery, commissioning and maintenance.
Act as the technical authority, guiding teams, clients, and partners to ensure successful outcomes.
Oversee partner and subcontractor performance, ensuring compliance, risk management and high standards of safety.
Support new business with technical proposals, bills of materials and tender responses.
Champion innovation and efficiency in project delivery, helping clients achieve sustainability and digital transformation goals.
Build lasting client relationships while delivering projects on time, on budget and to the highest standard.
Experience Required:
Proven experience in Smart Building integration or with a Master Systems Integrator.
Strong knowledge of building data communications, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and data migration.
Expertise in BMS/EMS design, installation, and optimisation across multiple platforms.
Experience integrating OT systems such as lighting controls, AV, electronic security, and IoT sensors.
Familiarity with industry standards and data ontologies (BRICK Schema, Project Haystack, ISO 19650, etc.).
Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to oversee multi-disciplinary teams and complex projects.
Awareness of Smart Building performance standards (WELL, NABERS, SmartScore, WiredScore).
