Assistant / Trainee Estimator
A forward thinking High-End Residential are looking for an assistant / trainee Estimator to join their small but dedicated team.
The client is a well-established, residential Main Contractor they are keen to add an aspiring Trainee / Assistant Estimator to their team in Surrey.
The successful assistant / trainee Estimatorr will join a team specialising in bespoke one-off refurbishments and one off luxury homes all throughout London and the Home Counties. The majority of their projects are contemporary / ultra modern.
The company has an incredible pipeline of works, having secured multiple projects for this year and many more going into next year. They're offering a permanent, stable and long-term opportunity with great support and development prospects.
The Junior Quantity Surveyor's role
You'll work side by side with the Director who'll coach and support you into becoming an esteemed estimator.
You'll have the opporutnity to learn, grown and develop.
The successful assistant / trainee Estimator will be based in their office 5 days of the week and will be able to work 1 day from home in the future once training has been passed.
It's also an opportunity to step into Quantity Surveying in the future - should that be of intrest.
The Assistant / Trainee Estimator - Requirements
- Maths skills
- Construction experience is beneficial
- Process driven and organised
- Good IT skills
- A valid driving license
