Property Administration Assistant - Bromley - £27,500 per annum
My client, an award-winning Block Management firm based in Bromley, are currently seeking an enthusiastic Property Administration Assistant to join their fun and family feel team.
You will be supporting the block management team with general administration support for their portfolio of approximately 600 residential blocks, this will include phone handling, dealing with enquires and issues, managing inboxes, key handling and utilities.

For the last year, the company have been trialling out the four-day work week pilot (4 days working with no salary deduction, following a 6-month probationary period. They foresee this continuing however this is subject to completion.
Responsibilities below but are not limited to:
- Provide phone cover minimum twice a week with a strong focus on service quality and minimal missed calls
- Maintain broad knowledge of team processes to confidently assist customers
- Support with general administrative tasks, such as office management including subscriptions
- Manage issues with regular reviews and clear, concise updates
- Manage keys for contractors, tenants, and leaseholders accurately and securely
- Support with handovers, ensuring they are completed within set time frames
- Oversee utility invoice processing and liaise with brokers during new site onboarding and assisting with general queries
- Maintain insurance records by uploading and filing documentation
Skills and Experience required:
- Minimum of 2 years administration experience
- Track record of good client feedback - excellent customer service skills
- Excellent attendance, punctuality and reliability
- Able to work proactively
- Keeps on top of workload (emails, issues)
- Remains calm and level-headed in high pressure or emotive situations
- An excellent attention to detail
- Quality and quantity of work is of a consistently high standard
- Property experience would be ideal but not essential
- Associate TPI qualified or above (desirable but not essential)
Package:
- Annual corporate pay scale review shared transparently
- Annual individual pay reviews done alongside performance reviews in April.

Salary: £27,500 Dependant on Experience
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, after the 6-month probation: 4 days, 9am to 5pm, work from home 1 day per week
