Business Development Manager - Energy Consultancy (UK, Remote)
Are you a natural deal-maker with a passion for driving growth in the energy sector? We're looking for a Business Development Manager to take ownership of the full sales cycle and deliver innovative energy solutions that help businesses cut costs, stay compliant, and achieve their carbon goals.
In this role, you'll be at the forefront of business growth, building relationships with senior decision-makers, tailoring proposals to client needs, and securing long-term partnerships. With services spanning bill validation, procurement, compliance, and carbon management, you'll have the tools and support to offer real value in a fast-evolving market.
What you'll be doing:
- Identifying and converting new business opportunities across the UK
- Building a strong pipeline and hitting ambitious growth targets
- Delivering tailored proposals and closing high-value deals
- Representing the business at industry events and networking opportunities
What we're looking for:
- Proven track record in B2B sales or business development within the energy consultancy sector
- Experience selling services such as procurement, bill validation, compliance, or carbon/ESG solutions
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, commercially astute, and driven to exceed targets
