Job Title: Caretaker

Salary: £19.70 per hour

Location: East London Council

Duration: On going Temp

Duties

· Clean communal areas: hallways, staircases, lobbies, elevators.

· Empty bins and manage waste disposal.

· Remove graffiti or spills as needed.

· Ensure outdoor areas are tidy (e.g., sweeping paths, clearing leaves)

· Conduct routine checks of the building structure and systems.

· Check for leaks, wear and tear, or damage.

· Maintain a log of inspections and repairs

· Ensure fire exits are clear and fire safety equipment is functional.

· Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations.

· Use and store cleaning and maintenance materials safely.

Full UK Driving Licence Required
