Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for BMS projects
  • Review tender documents, specifications, and drawings
  • Liaise with engineering teams to ensure technical accuracy
  • Support the sales team with clear, concise cost breakdowns
  • Help shape project bids and secure new business

    • Experience Required:

  • Proven experience in BMS engineering (Trend, Tridium, Siemens, or similar systems)
  • Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tenders at once
  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
  • Self-motivated with strong organisational skills
