Location: Epping (Office-based, 5 days per week)

We are seeking an intermediate-level construction professional with 2–5 years of experience, preferably with a main contractor background, to join our growing team based in Epping.
About the Role:
You will play a key role in the successful delivery of our projects, assisting in all aspects of project management and commercial activities. This is a full-time, office-based position with occasional site visits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and management of procurement schedules
- Arrange and attend site visits with clients and subcontractors
- Support with pricing and cost management
- Work within framework agreements and established client relationships
- Liaise with supply chain partners and assist in subcontractor management
Project Types:
- Primarily office fit-outs, as well as projects in education (schools), healthcare, and hospices
- High-end residential on rare occasions
- Projects are mainly based in London (approx. 80%), but may require travel outside the city as needed
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in construction, ideally with a main contractor
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Comfortable working in a busy office environment
