Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00
Salary: £36,000.00 per annum
We are looking for a Plumber Multi-Trade to join a local contractor working in partnership with housing associations to deliver exceptional repairs and maintenance services.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting plumbing repairs in occupied properties within the housing sector, working with supported and vulnerable customers.
- Replacing taps and fittings, leak detection, kitchen upgrades and full bathroom re-fits.
- Responding to reactive maintenance requests and planned works in a timely manner.
- Providing excellent customer service to tenants and housing association representatives.
- Using an electronic hand held PDA device to receive and update job information, ensuring timely and accurate records of completed work.
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
- City & Guilds OR NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing (preferred)
