Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage construction projects through RIBA Stage 4, including drawings, specifications and liaison with consultants and Building Control
- Provide technical support and leadership to two architectural technicians
- Oversee project progress, reporting regularly to management on actions and outcomes
- Ensure design and technical information is accurate, compliant, and delivered on time
- Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout the process
Required Skills & Experience
- Qualified Senior Architectural Technologist with proven experience in construction stages
- Strong technical knowledge and ability to resolve complex design details
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft 365 including Teams and SharePoint
- Strong organisational and communication skills with experience managing others
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a small team environment
