Job Description
Be part of our client's team as a Sustainability Engineer, delivering impactful sustainability outcomes through detailed analysis, practical advice, and high-quality work across Green Star, BASIX, WELL, NABERS, Section J, and beyond. You'll prepare submissions, conduct calculations, create reports, enhance processes, and collaborate with a nationally recognized team of experts.

The Qualifications We Seek
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in sustainability engineering or a related field
Your Daily Tasks
- Take a positive approach to learning and upskilling in Australian sustainability practices
- Apply technical skills to deliver project-specific sustainability outcomes and advise on certification schemes including Green Star, WELL, NABERS, and Section J
- Prepare compliance documentation, Green Star submissions, and technical reports with accuracy, quality, and timeliness
- Undertake energy and water modeling, calculations, and assessments to support project deliverables
- Conduct thermal assessments, mark-ups, and provide preliminary project advice
- Respond to project queries in a clear, professional, and commercially aware manner
- Collaborate with engineers, senior engineers, and consultants in Australia to leverage knowledge and expertise
- Contribute to the development and refinement of internal policies, templates, procedures, and standards
- Demonstrate professionalism while delivering exceptional client service, timely outputs, and high-quality outcomes
