Key Responsibilities:
· Effectively and efficiently operate and maintain all HVAC and related equipment and provide environmental control to the property
· Develop a thorough knowledge of all types of HVAC and related equipment
· Maintain plant logs and Perform building rounds to document various building systems
· Order, stock, and inventory parts and supplies
· Shift position Friday-Tuesday
Background Required:
· Prior experience in facility maintenance including HVAC, electrical, and mechanical work preferred
· Experience in Customer Service, Operation Centres or Data centres
· High School Diploma required; industry related certifications a plus
· Happy to work a variety of shifts
