Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll handle inbound and outbound support across phone, email, and chat channels. You'll resolve customer and client issues, deliver excellent experiences, and ensure service standards meet global expectations-every interaction counts.
Job Overview
Employment type: Full-time
Shift: Mid-Night Shift (Shifting, 7:00 AM-10:00 PM UK time / 2:00 PM-5:00 AM PH time)
Work setup: Hybrid (First 3 months Onsite in Makati, then 3x a week onsite)
Salary: PHP 35,000.00 - PHP 40,000.00

The Qualifications We Seek
- Educated to a college level
- 3+ years of CSR experience, preferably across calls, email, and chat
- Stable job history with long-term career mindset
- Experience with UK customers is a plus
- Experience with marketplace services (Airbnb, Uber, etc.)
- Experience with Zendesk is a plus
Customer Service Skills:
- Exceptional customer service mindset with a passion for great experiences
- Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English
- Excellent judgement and practical problem-solving skills
Your Daily Tasks
- Provide inbound and outbound customer support via email, phone, and live chat
- Deliver exceptional service to customers and Housekeepers
- Handle diverse issues: from cleanings to client relationships
- Take full ownership of issues, resolving them on first contact whenever possible
- Work fast and effectively to respond quickly to inquiries
- Adapt to shifting schedules, including holidays and weekends
