Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Electrical QA/QC Engineer to join a dynamic project delivery team in the construction and engineering sector. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that all electrical installations and systems comply with project specifications, industry standards, and client expectations. This role offers the opportunity to work on mission-critical data centre projects for leading hyperscale clients, including global technology companies such as Microsoft and Google. Key Responsibilities: Review and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and standards to ensure compliance throughout the project lifecycle. Develop and implement project-specific QA/QC procedures, inspection test plans (ITPs), and checklists. Conduct regular site inspections and audits to verify the installation quality of electrical systems, including containment, cabling, lighting, fire alarms, BMS, and power distribution. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and site teams to address non-conformances and ensure corrective actions are implemented. Witness and validate electrical testing and commissioning activities, ensuring results are accurately documented and compliant with client requirements. Prepare and maintain detailed QA/QC documentation including inspection reports, test records, NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), and final handover documentation. Support handover processes by ensuring all QA/QC documentation is complete and aligns with project milestones and client requirements. Participate in internal and external audits, providing technical support and ensuring ongoing improvement of quality systems. Maintain a strong understanding of local and international electrical codes, health & safety standards, and quality practices relevant to the construction and engineering industry. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in a QA/QC engineering role within the construction, MEP, or industrial sectors. Previous experience on data centre or mission-critical infrastructure projects is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, testing protocols, and commissioning procedures. Familiarity with ISO quality standards and QA/QC management systems. Excellent attention to detail, documentation, and reporting skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD)
