Job Description
As a Group Recruitment Manager, you will design and deliver values-led recruitment strategies across multiple locations, ensuring quality hires that drive both operational success and meaningful impact in healthcare.

Employment type: Full-time
Shift: Mid shift (M-F, 8AM-5PM UKT / 4PM-1AM PHT), Weekends off
Work setup: Hybrid, Makati

The Qualifications We Seek
Essential
- Proven recruitment experience, ideally in the care or health sector
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams
- Data-literate with experience using recruitment platforms and analyzing performance metrics
- Proficient in managing social media for recruitment purposes
- Committed to values-based hiring and candidate experience
Desirable
- Experience working across multi-site organizations
- Knowledge of compliance in health and social care recruitment
- Familiarity with SmartRecruiters, Indeed and Meta for Business
Your Daily Tasks
Strategic Recruitment Leadership
- Drive values-led recruitment practices across the group to ensure alignment with the business's mission and quality standards.
- Proactively recruit for key roles within the organisation, including senior office roles and Care Professionals.
Local Collaboration
- Work closely with local offices to understand workforce needs and provide hands-on support with recruitment campaigns.
- Partner with Registered Managers and local teams to maintain quality recruitment outcomes and consistency of messaging.
Centralised Recruitment Oversight
- Manage the central recruitment administrator to ensure effective coordination and compliance in recruitment processes.
- Act as the main point of contact with the external central recruitment company, aligning their support with business priorities.
Candidate Sourcing & Platform Management
- Review applications and screen candidates via platforms such as Indeed and SmartRecruiters.
- Monitor and refine recruitment advertising across digital platforms to improve visibility and conversion.
Data-Driven Improvements
- Analyse recruitment data and performance metrics to identify trends, improve candidate pipelines, and increase efficiency.
- Implement process improvements to streamline hiring without compromising on quality or values.
Social Media & Employer Branding
- Lead the promotion of roles and recruitment events on Facebook and other social media platforms.
- Build the organisation's presence as an employer of choice through engaging content and event marketing.
