Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and assess routes for oversized and heavy cargo.
- Create and review technical documents (e.g., method statements, risk assessments).
- Work with engineers on load and stability calculations.
- Analyse cargo dimensions and specifications to ensure safe transport.
- Review lifting plans and rigging arrangements.
- Coordinate with ports, shipping lines, and transport providers.
- Oversee loading, securing, and discharge of cargo.
- Manage documentation
- Track and update project time lines in management systems.
- Be the technical contact for clients during execution.
- Conduct site visits and cargo surveys.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and partners.
- Support the commercial team with technical input for bids and proposals.
- Maintain and follow ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards.
- Stay updated on regulations and industry best practices.
Ideal Professional :
- Project Freight Experience 2yr +
- Experience handling complex or heavy cargo projects
- Experience working within the Oil/Gas/Technical Projects
