We're on the lookout for a Electrical CAD Engineer to join a growing engineering team in Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills in electrical design and panel layout work for building automation systems.

What you'll be doing:
- Create detailed electrical designs and schematics using CAD software
- Develop wiring diagrams, layouts, and panel designs for control systems
- Size and specify MCBs, transformers, and 24V power supplies
- Prepare supporting documentation including panel schedules, bill of materials, and equipment specifications
- Maintain accurate design records and as-built documentation
- Work closely with the engineering team to understand project requirements and ensure accurate integration of I/O components
What we're looking for:
- Qualification in Electrical Design, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Experience with AutoCAD, EPLAN, or WSCAD for electrical schematics
- Understanding of I/O wiring, MCB sizing, and control panel design
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- A collaborative approach with the ability to learn from senior engineers
- Familiarity with Trend or Tridium systems is a plus but not essential
