Job Description

As an Associate Client Success - Clean Transportation, you'll support global clients in managing their clean transportation and renewable energy assets. You'll ensure applications, reporting, and payments are completed with precision while delivering exceptional service that helps clients thrive in evolving energy markets.

The Qualifications We Seek

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent internal and external written communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
  • Positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to take on ad hoc tasks and wear multiple hats.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and PDF programs.
  • Strong time, task, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM in the client's time zone.

Preferred Experience:

  • Knowledge of California Low Carbon Fuel Standard (LCFS), Oregon Clean Fuel Program (CFP), and other clean fuel regulations.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Familiarity with clean transportation assets, fleets, and renewable energy systems.
  • Background in account management focused on client service, retention, and growth.

Your Daily Tasks

  • Guide clients through complex regulatory programs to maximize value from credit-generating efforts and promote the adoption of clean technology.
  • Work with partners, regulatory agencies, and vendors to influence and manage credit-generation activities and reporting.
  • Develop knowledge of environmental commodities regulations, operational processes, and policies.
  • Learn and apply clean transportation certification rules and procedures.
  • Familiarize yourself with Managed Solutions' clean transportation services portfolio and demonstrate the company's unique platform and offerings to clients and partners.
  • Educate clients and partners about how markets function and how to participate effectively.
  • Process incoming assets from onboarded clients accurately and report consumption/generation to regulatory agencies within deadlines.
  • Assist in the asset registration process for clean transportation equipment under Low Carbon Fuel Standard programs in California, Oregon, other U.S. states, and Canadian clean fuel regulations.
  • Support application processing and continuous client servicing as new markets emerge.
  • Conduct onboarding training sessions for clients on how to use the platform and its tools.
  • Provide ongoing support to help clients access their accounts, manage inventories, and complete transactions.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, providing solutions and tools for onboarding and reporting purposes.
  • Ensure onboarding cycles are completed successfully and transitioned smoothly into ongoing service management.
