Job Description

As a Senior Mortgage Delivery Manager, you'll oversee end-to-end mortgage processing services for U.S. clients, from pre-processing to post-closing. You'll ensure timely, compliant, and high-quality delivery, lead teams toward performance excellence, and strengthen client partnerships through innovation and operational precision.

The Qualifications We Seek

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 8-10 years of experience in mortgage operations, including at least 5 years in a leadership role focused on U.S. mortgage processing.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • In-depth understanding of the full U.S. mortgage lifecycle and compliance requirements.
  • Proven experience managing offshore or nearshore teams in client-facing settings.
  • Proficiency with LOS platforms (e.g., Encompass, Calyx Point) and CRM tools.
  • Familiarity with MPO delivery models.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. mortgage regulatory standards.
  • Effective leadership and people management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with proven ability to interpret data and drive improvements.
  • Proficiency in mortgage servicing systems and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Willingness to work the night shift under a hybrid setup.

Your Daily Tasks

Service Delivery Excellence

  • Ensure high-quality and timely delivery of mortgage operations services aligned with SLAs and compliance standards.
  • Oversee document verification, credit/title checks, and underwriting support.
  • Monitor SLAs, KPIs, and client-specific metrics to maintain superior service delivery.

Leadership & People Management

  • Lead, motivate, and develop operations teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Oversee daily operations of U.S. mortgage processing teams.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching, and mentoring sessions.
  • Train team members on U.S. mortgage standards and client-specific protocols.

Customer Experience

  • Champion a customer-first culture by driving process enhancements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for U.S. mortgage clients.
  • Manage escalations and proactively align client expectations with operational capabilities.

Risk & Compliance Management

  • Enforce strict adherence to U.S. mortgage regulatory standards and internal audit requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with TRID, RESPA, HMDA, and related mortgage laws.
  • Collaborate with compliance teams to monitor and apply regulatory updates.

Operational Efficiency & Continuous Improvement

  • Drive efficiency through workflow optimization and automation.
  • Maintain audit-ready documentation and operational reporting.
  • Leverage LOS integrations (e.g., Encompass, Calyx) to streamline processes.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders to align delivery strategies with client objectives.

Performance & Reporting

  • Track, analyze, and report key operational metrics.
  • Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans.
