Air Conditioning Installation Engineer - South West
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Air Conditioning Installation Engineer to join our growing team, working on a variety of commercial and residential installation projects across Bristol and the South West.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an engineer looking for long-term stability, great earning potential, and the chance to work on high-quality installations with a reputable and supportive company.
Key Responsibilities:
Installation of air conditioning systems (Split, Multi-Split, VRV/VRF, etc.)
Working with a range of manufacturers such as Daikin, Mitsubishi, Panasonic, and Fujitsu
Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
Commissioning and testing of systems after installation
Liaising with project managers and clients on-site
Ensuring all work complies with F-Gas and health & safety regulations
Occasional maintenance or repair work as required
Requirements:
Proven experience in air conditioning installation (minimum 3 years preferred)
F-Gas Category 1 certification (essential)
NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (or equivalent)
Full UK driving licence (essential)
Good understanding of health & safety practices
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Competitive salary: £40,000 - £50,000 DOE
