Job Description

As a Project Delivery Specialist, you'll coordinate timelines, resources, and communication across teams to deliver complex technical projects efficiently. You'll serve as the bridge between customers, partners, and engineers-ensuring every milestone is met, every issue is addressed, and every project exceeds expectations.

Shift: Night shift, Monday to Friday (7 a.m. - 4 p.m. EST / 7 p.m. - 4 a.m. PHT), Weekends Off
Work setup: Permanent WFH

  • The Qualifications We Seek

  • 5+ years of experience in project coordination/management within a telecom company
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects with tight timelines
  • Experience working directly with customers and cross-functional teams
  • Experience coordinating global resources and complex time zones
  • Familiarity with project management platforms and CRM tools
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and standard business communication tools
  • Experience with support ticket systems, order tracking portals, or service coordination workflows

  • Your Daily Tasks

  • Build, coordinate, and monitor project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure successful execution
  • Serve as a liaison between customers, partners, internal teams, and external resources to keep all stakeholders aligned
  • Track and manage project progress, action items, and follow-ups using project management tools
  • Organize and facilitate internal and customer-facing meetings to ensure project clarity and momentum
  • Ensure documentation, schedules, and resource assignments are accurate and up to date
  • Proactively identify project risks, bottlenecks, or delays and work with stakeholders to address them
  • Support onboarding processes for new customers and partners by coordinating technical tasks and deliverables
  • Maintain organized records of project activity, deliverables, and updates
  • Assist with status reporting, ticket tracking, and purchase order and invoice alignment
  • Drive post-project evaluations and support recurring success check-ins or service reviews
