McGinleys are looking for looking for experienced Civils Operatives with PTS for long-term work starting early 2026.

You'll be working as part of a small civils team carrying out a variety of site works.

Key Details:

  • Labouring on the track
    • General groundwork and civils duties as required (e.g. constructing shuttering, experience with steel works and duct installation)

    Requirements:

    Valid CSCS and Sentinel card

    Own transport preferred

    Able to work independently and as part of a team

    Pay & Details:

    Rate: £13.68 per hour

    Duration: ongoing

    Start: early 2026
