Established Henley-On-Thames based company are setting up a London office, due to the high volume of London clients they have. One member of the management team will be based in London, and this role is for the second person with a view to growing the office further. You would be required to go to the Henley office every Monday (right by the station).
You must have several years of working in a buildings design practice, be a strong hands on structural designer, ideally able to lead projects and mentor more junior staff once the office grows. MICE or MIStructE qualified preferred.
You need to be a strong communicator, able to manage and juggle multiple projects at once, mainly in the residential and commercial buildings sectors. This includes new builds, refurbishments and conversions. Projects include state of the art contemporary designs, humanitarian projects and community works.
