Job Description

As a Senior Tax Accountant, you'll oversee tax compliance, audits, and technical accounting matters, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to standards. You'll support continuous improvement, mentor peers, and contribute to the firm's reputation for financial excellence and trusted advisory services.

    • The Qualifications We Seek

  • Excellent technical skills in Australian tax and accounting compliance
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for professional correspondence with Australian advisers
  • Exceptional time and project management skills
  • Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities to improve service quality
    • Highly Desirable:

  • CPA or CA qualified, or nearing completion of CPA/CA studies
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in cloud-based systems
  • Proficient in preparing and completing Tax Returns for Individuals, Companies, Trusts, and Partnerships
  • Experience working with an Australian accounting practice
  • High level of personal maturity and professionalism

  • Prepare and collate documents for audit
  • Ensure adherence to systems and procedures for file management, retention, and security
  • Actively participate in your own technical development and support the wider team's learning initiatives
