JOB DESCRIPTION:

I am currently working with an exciting Facilities Management company that are looking for a Facilities Asset Officer to work on assets across a large commercial site in Stoke. Our client is looking for someone who has experience dealing with high volumes of assets.

The role will be 40 hours a week 8am - 4.30pm (flexible).

This is a 12 month contract position.

Daily responsibilities will include:

    Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all facilities assets, including buildings, equipment, tools, and infrastructure.

    Regularly verify assets against spreadsheets, databases, or asset management systems

    Update asset registers following acquisitions, disposals, relocations, or refurbishments.

    Assign and track asset identification numbers

    Ensure all asset data meets audit and compliance requirements.

Requirements for the role

?Experience of dealing with high volume of assets

?Organised and attention to detail
