As they grow their portfolio of high-performance data center projects, we are expanding our digital engineering and BIM team.
The OpportunityThey are seeking a talented BIM Co-ordinator to support the modelling, collaboration, and digital integration of large-scale MEP and architectural packages. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in highly technical environments and wants to contribute to the digital backbone of next-generation data center delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate BIM models across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines
Work closely with design teams, site managers, and subcontractors to ensure accurate and aligned model information
Manage federated models, clash detection, and coordination meetings
Maintain model standards, naming conventions, and data integrity in line with project BIM Execution Plans
Support 4D/5D construction planning and digital workflows
Assist in producing drawings, reports, and visualisations for construction, coordination, and client communication
Collaborate with the BIM Manager and wider digital engineering team to drive continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
Experience in BIM coordination within construction, engineering, or data center environments
Strong working knowledge of Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360/ACC, and relevant BIM tools
Understanding of MEP systems, building structure, and general construction methodologies
Ability to manage large, complex models and resolve coordination issues
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams
A proactive, detail-focused approach with a passion for digital construction
