Job Title: Blue CSCS Card Handyman Wanted - TW7 Area
Location: TW7
Salary
Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- General home and property repairs (plumbing, electrical, painting, etc.)
- Installing fixtures, fittings, and furniture
- Minor carpentry, tiling, and drywall work
- Assisting with home renovations and improvement projects
- Responding to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
- Ensuring all work complies with safety standards and regulations
- Maintaining tools and equipment in good working condition
Requirements:
- Proven experience in general handyman or maintenance roles
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills and customer service
- Own tools and transportation preferred
- A valid driving license is desirable
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work efficiently
